A bit about me: I will soon turn 23. I am a very tidy person, as I really value my space. I am quiet and introverted, so I never throw parties or have groups of people over. My perfect day or weekend is walking outside in the city or knitting inside while watching a good movie. I am very considerate of neighbours, and even more considerate of the properties I rent, as I know how much it matters to owners that their property is well looked after.

On the practical side: I have a stable income of 2600 euros through my work at Amie Technologies B.V. where I have a full time paid contract as a Research and Product Associate. The company is within the healthtech environment, building software for patients with cancer. I also receive a monthly income from my father, as my guarantor, living in Belgium, who has a monthly income within the 4500-5500 euro range. I'm happy to provide payslips, my employment contract, or a guarantor statement if that helps put your mind at ease. I am additionally happy to pay a larger deposit upfront if this would give me the opportunity to rent this flat. I don't have pets, I don't smoke, and I'm very flexible with both the minimum rental period and the start date.
