My name is Matteo, I’m 24 years old and originally from Luxembourg. I’ve recently been accepted to Leiden University for a Master’s program starting in February 2026, and I’m currently looking for a room or flat in Leiden or the surrounding areas.
I’m a clean, responsible, and uncomplicated person. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I respect others’ privacy. During my Bachelor’s studies in Berlin, I gained experience in different housing situations, including shared flats with 3–4 roommates as well as living alone.
My budget is around €500–€850 per month, depending on the location and conditions. I’m open to shared living with sociable people and enjoy a friendly atmosphere, while also appreciating some alone time now and then. I speak German, English, French, Italian, and Spanish, and I’m currently learning Dutch.
